I brush my teeth every morning, and my tongue, also, but I still have horrible breath throughout most of the morning. Any suggestions?

Go to Wal-Mart (or any store) and purchase some Body Mint caplets. They are pills that reduce perspiration and bad breath.

    Maybe its your tongue!

Go get a mirror. a hand mirror.
Now Stick it out, Ga head, Stick it out.

If you stick your tongue out and see any color other than pink, brush your tongue; If you gag easily stick out your tongue as far as possible and gently bite your tongue, then brush the portion of tongue, in front of your teeth. (i’m not kidding) The teeth block the gag reflex. try to get the portion farther back as best you can. It may take a few days but your tongue will gradually go back to a healthy pink color. Then your bad breath will go away.

The odor caused by bacteria on the tongue and sulfer compounds by products, that they are busily at work making all night while you sleep. So if if you get rid of the bacteria there, the smell goes too.

    Good luck

Maybe you are not brushing your tongue correctly at night. Also, try drinking water before you go to sleep at night and in the morning before you have anything to eat.

Do you eat breakfast?? If brushing your teeth and tongue is not doing it, the smell could be coming from your stomach it is common especially if you haven’t eaten in several hours.
