How would you tell someone they have bad breath?

bad breath
CalexicoD asked:

My grandma wants to kiss me every time she sees me which is like twice a year. Not like a french kiss or anything, just a normal kiss. The problem is, she has HORRIBLE breath. Almost to the point of making me want to vomit.

My mom says I should just ignore it, it’s just the medicine but every time I go to the hospice she coughs up a lung through all these tubes before she asks me for a kiss.

I tried giving her a mint but the doctors told me she’s on a liquid diet for her final days.

I’m getting sick of dodging her and it almost makes her cry every time, but she smells so gross!

Is there a polite way to tell a woman she has bad breath or should I keep ignoring her?

constantly offer gum /breathmints listerine preferably

Just hold your breath when you kiss her so you won’t smell her breath.

If it’s the medicine there’s nothing she can do about it.

Hon she has too much on her mind without thinking about the state of her breath, ignore it and think of the two seconds of happiness that you are giving this old lady

telling a woman she has bad breath, is easy you just tell her maybe she should brush her teeth, chew gum, offer a mint candy…
But your poor old grandma!!!! Suck it up and Grow up…
I am sure your poor grandma helped your mom change your disgusting diapers at some point.. People are not perfect.
The physiology of people’s body changes all the time.
Some people have their loved ones young or old, stuck in bed because they can not move due to their physical disabilities, and they need to get changed…

Hold your breath and stick out your cheek. She hasn’t got long left and you will feel badly about it when she goes and your older.

hold your brethe until you are far away from her

It probably is the medicine that makes her breath smell bad so there probably isn’t much you can do about it. Just suck it up and give your poor grandma quick kiss. Just remember it isn’t her fault.

  13. HOT A$S Says:

Reverse the role…next time you are going to see her, refrain from brushing for at least two weeks. She wont want to kiss you either.

Just tell her that you’re not going to kiss her with her having vomit breath! My god, can’t she smell it! I know how it is….you can smell it four feet away, and it has a tendency to chase you….
