not flossing your teeth enough… or you could have a mouth infection… or stomach problems

Root problems of the teeth. Excessive garlic or eating Thai foods with heavy spicing. Or kidney issues. If you get a checkup soon have them work a blood panel on you for kidney function. Bad breath and body smells are directly linked to problems there.

watch out for your diet and go for regular check up with your dentist.

Well, this is sort of embarrassing for me to admit, but I have bad breath problems myself. i’ve tried just about everything to help it, like changing my diet etc, but nothing really worked.
Someone on another forum suggested this:
It worked really well for me! Now I dont feel ashamed talking in public for example. I highly recommend it.

Well you need to find out and check to see if you may have some rotten teeth or some cavities because some can cause bad breath bateria…..so get your teeth checked out….
