I can tell you what to do that will make you smell delightful. After every meal take one peppermint oil softgel tablet–you can get them at health food stores. They also prevent acid reflux. They really work, and, even if you burp, you smell like peppermint. It is a very faint smell but it registers on your subconscious.

Go to health food store & buy a supplement called “Chlorophyll”. It will clear up bad breath. It cleanses & detoxifies the body, which is how it gets ride of unpleasant smells such as bad breath, body odor or foot odor.

Some people have it no matter what they do. It can be many things that cause it from the foods we eat, or even just your own special make up. Good Luck……….

How often do you empty your bowels? If less than twice a day, could be you need to cleanse your colon. The poopie smell could be affecting your breath.

Check your health – go to a doctor, if you’re free of infections and if you feel healthy and Ph balanced, you can benefit from water – inside and out. Drink plenty of water. Work out often to the point of sweating several times per week, and shower often.
Your diet will affect your breath as well. Make sure you are eating a lot of natural foods, and not too much meat or processed foods. When your feces smell like a farm, you most likely free of the bacteria that makes us humans stink.

Bad breath usually results from the multiplication of odor-causing bacteria in the mouth. The drier your mouth, the more bacteria thrive. Any condition that reduces saliva production can contribute to bad breath — including Advancing age, breathing through the mouth, crash diets (the less food you chew, the less your salivary flow), certain medications, even the time of day (“morning breath” occurs because salivation is considerably reduced during sleep). Bacteria may also collect on the tongue, in food debris that accumulates on dentures, and on the teeth — especially when plaque or cavities are present. If bad breath persists, underlying gum disease or a chronic sinus infection is often the cause.

    What you can do –
Natural strategies for bad breath work best in combination with regular and thorough oral hygiene, including flossing and brushing the teeth, as well as brushing the tongue (especially the back part), where odor-causing bacteria are likely to flourish.

Place just a drop or two of peppermint oil on the tongue a couple of times a day — larger amounts of the pure oil may cause digestive upset. Beyond its pleasant taste and aroma, peppermint oil is effective in killing bacteria. Drinking peppermint or spearmint teas, as well as plenty of plain water, may also help to fight bad breath by keeping the mouth moist.

Another approach is to chew on several fennel seeds, anise seeds, or cloves to freshen the breath; they can be conveniently carried in a small, sealed container. Fresh parsley has a similar effect; it’s also high in chlorophyll (the chemical that gives plants their green color), which has long been recognized as a powerful breath freshener.

Chlorophyll is also found in commercially available “green” drinks containing spirulina, wheat grass, chlorella, or other herbs. These chlorophyll-rich liquids are best swished around the mouth, then swallowed. Alternatively, try spirulina tablets, which should be chewed thoroughly.

    Supplement Recommendations –
    Peppermint
Dosage: 1 or 2 drops essential oil of peppermint, placed on tongue.
Comments: Drinking peppermint tea may also be helpful.

    Fennel
Dosage: Chew a pinch of fennel seeds after meals or as needed.
Comments: Chew thoroughly for best effect. Anise seeds or cloves can also be used.

    Parsley
Dosage: Chew on a fresh parsley sprig after meals or as needed.
Comments: Some natural breath fresheners contain parsley oil as a key ingredient.

    Spirulina
Dosage: Rinse the mouth with a commercial chlorophyll-rich “green” drink (follow package instructions).
Comments: Alternatively, tablets can be chewed.

Bad breath is caused often because you haven’t brushed and flossed well .If you don’t keep teeth and gums free of the bacterial buildup, they’ll start to cause odor as the bacteria rot leftover food particles in your mouth. A few seeds of cardamon chewed for a brief while will clear your mouth of bad breath. Chew parsley leaves, which are sure to keep your breath fresh. More useful remedies at

As you have said that you floss and brush your teeth well, I guess, the cause may be a different one.

You have to get your blood sugar level tested. Diabetes and insulin resistance is one leading cause for bad breath.

Another cause is “Tonsil stones”. This is very common and not many people know of it. Go to and put the word tonsil stones and it will bring up all the sites which talk about this.

    Good luck

It is recommended to take an laxative and get rid of the waste in your stomach .
Just brushing your teeth and cleaning your tongue wont help as this is caused by the over heat in your body and indigestion and over eating and fast at that. You should chew -30 to 50 times -your food well enough that it gets mixed with the saliva and helps faster digestion,By doing so you not only eat less but help the body in digesting the food you have eaten faster and with a better out put of energy required for your body.
You can use other methods such as spray & mint but you see it is all superficial only, you should have your bowl movement at least twice a day to say yes that you stomach is clean,Try and avoid eating and drinking of fried stuff anf alcohol at the same time as this causes fermentation eminates the smell from your mouth .Elimination of bad odour from your mouth is to do the above and drink a lot of water too,You could over come of this situation by doing a strict liquid Dite for 2 or 3 days and drink lime water orange, grape sweet melon etc, this act will help you get dir of all the waste chemicals your body has stored in your intestine / body.Wishing you all the best in overcomming this foul smell emitating from your mouth
