Talk to your dentist, you may have gingivitis or something else. Try using mouthwash 2-3 times a day as well as brushing 2-3 times a day. Floss at least once a day. Also, try a tongue scraper.
bad breath doesn’t nesesarily come from your teeth. If you have a sinus infection, that will give you bad breath as well, so will stuff you ate when you burp. Do you brush your tongue? You could also have a bad tooth way back there that you cannot see. next appointment with dentist or doctor, discuss this.
If you are sick then this could be the problem… bacteria on the back of the tongue can really stink!!!!
How old are you if you are still going through puberty and stuff you are VERY succeptible to gingivitis, so you should start your good hygiene habits now.
You could invest in a tongue scraper. This may help. Brush floss rinse!!!!!!
i used to have the same issues. i went to dentist and he told me to clean my tounge everyday so i did that and brushed and flossed. and it worked.
Try to use your other new toothbrush and put little toothpaste then rub on the tounge and keep brush light then spit it out and use mouth wash.
it really works for me.

Unless, you’ve got a rotten toorh which is causing this problem, you might like to look into getting a tongue scraper.
A tongue is basically like a shag carpet and needs to be cleaned regularly.
You might also like to remember to floss your teeth as meat can get in between your teeth and start to rot, creating a terrifically bad smell.
A third consideration is that your bad breath may actually be coming from your stomach. Try gargling mouthwash.
