I know you think that’s really disgusting, but I’m trying to fix it. I brush my teeth for 3 minutes a day, use BreathRx mouthwash, brush my tounge, and even use BreathRx gum throughout the day.
What can I do to help my breath improve?

Switch to Listerine mouthwash. Also this is most likely coming from your digestive system since it smells like feces. Eat lots of yogurt with live active cultures every day or take acidophillus capsules daily to get your digestive flora healthy again. Also consider using a tongue scraper. If all this doesn’t do the trick then you need to go see your doctor.

the problem may not be simply oral. u need to go to the doctor to find out what is wrong with you exactly.
remember that the mouth is the opening of the tube that is your body. what you put into your body may be causing gasses to form in your gut that escapes from your mouth.
this could also not be caused by food, but my a serious problem that might need medical attention. u want to get checked to make sure you don’t have a growth in your stomach or anything.
if all that clears, then start drinking more water, floss, rinse and brush with antibacterial mouthwashes (maybe hydrogen peroxide which works as an excellent oral rinse)
please go to the doctor. u might regret not doing so later on…

If the problem is stomach related rather than oral no amount of mouthwash will shift it as it’s constantly being replaced.
try changing your diet to see if that offers any improvement

If you don’t keep teeth and gums free of the bacterial buildup, they’ll start to cause odor as the bacteria rot leftover food particles in your mouth. A few seeds of cardamom chewed for a brief while will clear your mouth of bad breath. Chew parsley leaves, which are sure to keep your breath fresh. More useful remedies at

Bad breath can be caused by a number of things. You have to identify that root cause and then proceed to find a solution to the problem. Some of the causes of bad breath include: a dry mouth, thick saliva, excess mucus in the throat, post nasal drip, a high-protein diet, smoking, alcohol, hormonal changes, medications that have dry mouth as a side effect, history of diabetes, special types of diets (eg. Atkins diet) and excessive use of “old-fashioned” oral products.
Most toothpastes have Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS, a harsh detergent that causes canker sores) and most mouthwashes actually have alcohol (which can dry your mouth and actually cause bad breath). What has worked for me is Therabreath, a complete system that fights bad breath. It doesn’t have SLS and alcohol and is all natural. It worked almost instantly, and I no longer have that bitter/metallic taste in my mouth! It oxidizes the mouth and prevents the growth of anaerobic bacteria (where the odor comes from). Get more info at.
It has worked for me, I don’t see why it wouldn’t work for you. Hope this helps! Good luck!
