There’s a dentist named Dr. Dorfman, who was featured on extreme makeover on T.V. He has now created a product you can buy over the counter, I think it’s called, “BreathX”. In it are three steps in order to cure bad breath (a rinse, a scraping device, and a special toothpaste). You might try it, it attacks the root of the problem, which is bacteria, instead of just masking bad breath by mints and gum. Good luck.
Make sure you brush your teeth properly and for the right amount of time, floss, gurgle mouthwash, brush your tounge and use an extra whitening toothpaste afterwards such as ‘Pearl Drops’.
If you haven’t been brushing your tongue when you brush your teeth then do so now. 90% of oral odor is from your tongue. Try flossing too. Make sure you are brushing your teeth AND tongue AT LEAST twice a day. Floss at least once. also try listerine. If that doesn’t work then maybe talk to a dentist because it could be from something else.
Make sure you brush properly and floss at least once a day. Also, try using a tongue scraper and mouthwash n the mornings. If throughout the day your bad breath persists, chew on sugarless gum. Make sure its sugarless because sugar makes the bad-breath-causing bacteria to multiply in your mouth and make your breath worse. Another cool tip is if your out to eat or something and you dont have any mints or gum, squeeze lemon in your water or chew on a slice of lemon or lime for like ten seconds. If you brush, floss and use mouthwash and your bad breath persists, it could be that your stomach is producing a lot of acid. To test if this is the cause you need to buy Tums, Pepto Bismol, and Prilosec OTC. For a week, take a prilosec daily as instructed on the box and in the mornings take 1 Tums and at night take a tablespoon of pepto bismol. If your bad breath goes away then I would consult a doctor about what to do about the excess acid.

Bad breath might be caused by something in your stomach. You should go see your doctor and ask him to do tests to find out why you have bad breath.
